Returns & Refunds Policy:

Returns Eligibility: We accept returns within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate, including covering return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
