Processing Time:  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods:  We offer standard shipping via Pathao or Redex and expedited shipping options for faster delivery.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination. Customers can view shipping charges during checkout.          

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 days.      

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers can track their orders through our website or directly on the carrier’s website.                        

International Shipping: Currently We do not shipping outside of Bangladesh.
